CCTV News:Recently, the Anti-smuggling Bureau of Nanning Customs in Guangxi launched a special campaign to chase down and arrest key smuggling suspects who have been on the run over the years, and announced the ID photos, ID cards and illegal contents of 27 key targets in accordance with the law, and issued a wanted reward.
It is understood that among the 27 fugitives released this time, the earliest case occurred in 2004. After the incident, the suspects involved fled to this day. In addition, this wanted order also includes a number of suspects who smuggle and sell endangered wild animals. More than half of the 27 fugitives are from the border city of Fangchenggang, dongxing city.
In recent years, Guangxi Customs, frontier defense and other units have continuously increased illegal and criminal activities such as smuggling and smuggling in the border areas between China and Vietnam. Huang Zonghai, a criminal suspect, formed a smuggling gang with Guangdong people such as Uncle Jin, Manager Chen, Huazai and Brother Guang, and cooperated with Guan Changsheng’s gang to transport smuggled cigarettes from Xinji Village, Jiangshan Township to Guangzhou and earn "premium" after delivery. During this period, Huang Zonghai was responsible for counting, and checked the quantity, payment, reconciliation and transfer of smuggled cigarettes with Guan Changsheng’s gang through SMS.
17. Long Zhengneng:

21. Zhang Huahai:

24. Wu Rilu:

Since August 2015, pig smuggling gangs led by Wu Lianying and Nong Rongtian, together with Wu Rilu, Wu Qinglan and Lu Riyi, have organized the supply of pigs in Vietnam, hired professional gangs to smuggle pigs into the country from non-customs areas along the Sino-Vietnamese border in Longzhou County, Guangxi Province, and then transported the smuggled pigs to the domestic market by trucks for sale. After investigation, Wu Rilu was a major suspect and was the main suspect in this case. On June 14, 2016, Shuikou Customs Anti-smuggling Branch decided to give criminal detention to the suspect Wu Rilu, who is currently at large.
25. Feng Ziqi:

In 2014, criminal gangs led by Li Jinliang, AARON Li and Wen Xiaoqian evaded customs supervision and falsely reported the trade mode. A large number of nuts such as almonds, pistachios and pecans were smuggled into the country from border ports such as Shuikou Town, Longzhou County, Guangxi Province, and were sold separately in processing factories set up in their territory, making huge illegal profits. The value of the goods involved in this case is about 400 million yuan, and the tax evasion involved is about 100 million yuan. Feng Ziqi is the suspect involved in the case.
26. Li Zhiwen:
