The left line "attack 3" shield started smoothly.

This is the interval between Shangwu Station and Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Station.

The originating third shield machine

It marks that the project has entered a new stage of shield construction.

The successfully-launched "attack No.3" will pass through Gongming Water Supply Tunnel, E-Shi Water Supply Tunnel and Dayanshan Mountain in turn, with the total length of the left line of the interval of 1,736 meters. The main crossing strata are slightly weathered biotite granite schist, moderately weathered biotite granite schist, strongly weathered fault fractured rock, moderately weathered fault fractured rock and slightly weathered biotite granite.

Affected by bad geology, the shield construction in this section is difficult, mainly reflected in:

First, the rock hardness is high and the rock mass is complete

The basic quality grade is Grade II, the mineral composition is mainly Shi Ying, feldspar and mica, and the rock is dense and hard. Long distance hard rock excavation poses a great test for shield machine equipment.

Second, the shield machine needs to cross the fracture zone where the rock mass is broken.

Affected by the fault structure, the driving conditions are poor. There are some problems in the process of shield tunneling, such as large deformation of surrounding rock at fault zone, easy collapse of tunnel face and difficult control of tunneling direction.

Interval length

Various systems of the relevant contractors are linked and planned in advance, and the following measures are taken to ensure the smooth start of the shield:

First, carefully select shield equipment.

Second, flexibly solve the difficulties in equipment transportation.

In view of the bad transportation road conditions, the relevant contractors and road administration units negotiate and communicate, and choose hoisting equipment at night to enter the site, which will not affect daytime driving.

At the same time, the work area was planned in advance, and after detailed reconnaissance along the line, the peripheral parts were dismantled and assembled successfully by means of parts transportation, ensuring the smooth entry of shield facilities.

Third, attach great importance to the problem of security risks.

Relevant contractors have always kept the string of safety in production tight, and paid strict attention to production safety, quality control, epidemic prevention and control, flood prevention and emergency, etc., in order to reduce production risks, eliminate hidden dangers and ensure high-quality and efficient performance of the project.
